Electric Fence Sensor

Farmo technology is not intended to replace human oversight but can allow much more frequent monitoring and provide historical insights for analysis.

Monitor your electric fences remotely with the Farmo electric fence sensor. Clip the leads onto your electric fence and receive alerts whenever there's a fault that needs fixing. The 7000mAH Lithium battery will last for over a year before needing to be replaced.

The Farmo electric fence monitor will monitor any type or brand of electric fence that is on your farm. You can check the current reading and historical records on your Farmo dashboards or just have alerts sent directly to your phone or PC.

The choice of options includes LoRaWAN (cheaper annual subscription but needs a gateway) or NB-IoT (works anywhere you get mobile reception). We explain the choice of technologies in detail elsewhere in the website.

The cables might get chewed if they are exposed to livestock. If you have these issues try to place the sensor or cable where it cant be accessed by animals. If they do get chewed and you need replacements we have spare cables for purchase here.
